I decided to hold a small BBQ on the decking on 18-June-2005 to say 'thank you' to the residents of the Lane for putting up with the constant disruption by lorries when the conservatory and decking were built. I happened to choose the hottest day of the year so far. My friend Sue helped me set it up and Peter (who owns the boat) was the 'Chef de Maison'.
